It is a compression molded solid white machined wheel. These HDPE trolley wheels are perfect wheels for heavy loads and also have high abrasion resistance. They can also be inserted with a metal insert to give extra strength to Bearing housing for very heavy loads.

Torlon Trolley Wheels
It is a specially compounded plastic trolley wheel. Compounding of UHMW is done with special additives to increase its hardness and abrasion resistance. Its tread is rounded to give strain free movement of trolley at heavy loads. To improve the aesthetics it is made in bright orange color.

Nylon Trolley Wheels (Ny)
It is a injection molded nylon - 6 trolley wheel. These wheels have high abrasion resistance but low impact strength. These are good wheels for indoor use and loads upto 400 kgs trolley load. The only disadvantage is that they make noise.

CI to Nylon Trolley Wheels
It is a nylon trolley wheel with CI core. Bonding between Nylon and CI core is of mechanical in nature. It is done to increase the impact strength of nylon trolley wheels. This wheel has the advantages of CI wheel and removes its disadvantage of damaging the floor.

Fibre Trolley Wheel
It is a compression moulded brown coloured wheel. It is made out of Phenol formaldehyde resin. It is good wheel for temperatures up to 130⁰ C.

Cast PU with CI Core Trolley Wheels
It is a cast PU trolley wheel in which polymerization of Polyol is done into PU in the molds. Bonding between CI and Cast PU is of chemical and mechanical both in nature. It is a high performance wheel with no limitations.

Details of Wheel Assembly (Technical Drawing)
Bolt used is of half thread to increase its load bearing capacity. Accurately grinded (tolerance of -.03is maintained between the bearing ID and bush) Grinded central bush is used to give free rotational movement to the wheel. Nylon side spacers are used to prevent the wheel from any side ways movement.

Dust preventing caps are provided in all the wheels to prevent dust and foreign particles entering the bearing area.. Overall an accurate fitting is made togive the wheel smooth running for longer period.

Spring washers or self locking nuts are used to prevent loosening of nut due to shocks in running condition.
