Pressed Steel Casters

We present our premium range of pressed steel casters, with double thrust bearing. Our casters come fitted with special hollow rivet, which functions as racing as one of the thrust bearing. It has been specifically desgined to accommodate extra number of balls in the same area. Our pressed steel casters are renowned for providing smooth movement, even at heavy loads. This has only been possible, because the loads gets divided among more number of balls. The robust structure eliminates the problem of balls coming out of the caster. These pressed steel casters are made of HR sheets (IS :2062) & are available with us in various finishes including; zinc plating, powder coating, paint, chrome plating and more. Along with the casters, we can also provide swivel and wheel lock.

Light Duty Pressed Steel Casters (PSS)
Our manufactured light duty pressed steel casters are made of 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm thick sheet of HR. These casters are highly efficient & can easily withstand a trolley load of about 200 kgs.

Our manufactured medium duty pressed steel casters are made of 3mm and 4mm thick HR sheets. These casters have been specifically designed to withstand a trolley load of about 600 kgs.

Forged Steel Casters

Our manufactured forged steel casters are renowned for their high load carrying capacities. The balls in this casters are accommodated in the ball races on O.D. of the base forging & I.D. Of top forging, which rotates. These balls perform various functions including; king pin, thrust bearing & load bearing. These steel balls run in a grease bath and we have also provided grease nipples for greasing of the steel balls, which enhances & prolongs the life of the caster. Along with these casters, we can also provide swivel lock, wheel lock or wheel brake. Different Models In Forged Steel Caster We offer various models in forged steel casters that are highly efficient in nature. All our manufactured casters are functionally superior & durable to use. Our long list of forged steel caster model includes;

Revo forged steel caster, with load carrying capacity of up to 350 kgs/caster.
Riveted heavy duty forged steel caster, with load carrying capacity of up to 500kgs/caster.
Super forged steel caster, with load carrying capacity of up to 1500kgs/caster.

Different models in forged steel caster

Forged Steel Casters Forged steel thrust and Taper Roller Bearing Caster (TTR)
This model is one forged steel caster, wherein the steel balls have been replaced with bearings. The thrust bearing (size 51113) takes the vertical loads, whereas the taper roller bearing (size 30204) withstands the axial loads. These casters come fitted with a single piece king pin and 3/4” chuck nut. The replacement of steel balls with steel bearing ensures free movement of the caster, which provides the trolley with smooth rotation, even when the load is heavy. This type of caster is apt for heavy loads and in the applications, where the trolley is hand towed. These casters have a load carrying capacity of as high as 750kgs/caster.
