Our manufactured wheel consists of solid rubber tyre on metal or plastic
core. The bonding between rubber and core is of mechanical nature & the
rubber used is of superior quality & long lasting in nature. When worn
out, these tyres can be easily replaced with the new ones. These wheels are
available with us in 100x32mm to 400x100mm size range & the advantages
that our rubber tyre (RT) possesses are:
Rubber Type (RB) Wheels
Our manufactured rubber type (RB) wheels are rubber bonded on a cast iron
core. The bonding between the rubber and cast iron is chemical in nature.
The load carrying capacity and life of this wheel is much more, if compared
to rubber tyre wheels. These wheels are available with us in 100x50mm to
700x125mm size range & can be used for both hand and auto towing
purposes. The advantages of rubber type (RB) are:
Cast Iron (CI) Wheels
Our manufactured cast iron caster wheels are made from superior quality graded
casting & are free from blow holes. These wheels are renowned to
function with precision in various applications, where load carrying
capacities are high. These wheels are available with us in round, flat, V
groove, square groove & flange groove shapes.
Poly Urethane (PU) Wheels
Our manufactured poly urethane (PU) wheels consist of PU tread on plastic
core. The bonding between PU and core is mechanical in nature. The hardness
of PU tread is of 98 shore A. These wheels have been specifically designed
for indoor use & can withstand 800kgs of trolley load with utmost
precision.
Poly Propylene Co Polymer (PPCP) Wheels
These wheels are injection molded solid white machines wheels, with high
load carrying capacities. These wheels are appropriate for trolleys with
lesser movement. Cost effective in nature, these wheels are renowned to
